All purchases made on Hopes Trading Center are non-refundable. Since our products are digital in nature and provide immediate access to course materials, videos, and resources, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once access has been granted.
2. User Responsibility
By purchasing any course or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed all course details before making the purchase
- You understand the nature of the content being offered
- You are making the purchase voluntarily
- You understand that trading involves financial risk and results are not guaranteed
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical issues
- Payment deducted but course access not provided
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Course Access
Access to purchased courses is granted only to the registered user. Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without any refund.
